Expanding Outdoor Living with Anchorjak’s Permeable Tile Deck System

For this new build development by The House Company, the goal was to enhance outdoor living spaces while ensuring a permeable and accessible tile surface for concealed manholes. Anchorjak’s pedestal system, combined with the patented Cornakeepa frame over a compacted metal surface, provided the ideal solution.

By leveling the outdoor areas of both homes, we significantly improved livability and functionality, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The 20mm non-slip structural tiles ensure durability and safety, while a powder-coated aluminium cover plate delivers a sleek, modern finish.

With Cornakeepa’s patented design, tiles align effortlessly and benefit from built-in shock absorption, offering the solid feel of walking on concrete while maintaining the flexibility of a floating deck system.
