This Auckland-based floating tile and deck project showcases the seamless integration of 1200x600 tiles using the patented Corna Keepa framing system, fully supported by Anchorjak pedestals. Designed for long-term stability, the Corna Keepa frame eliminates movement, ensuring a clunk-free, perfectly aligned tile surface for years to come.

The project navigated multiple height challenges, demonstrating the adaptability of Anchorjaks across varying elevations. Additionally, a floating timber deck was installed using Anchorjak supports, incorporating a mini timber frame beneath the tiles to create a secure fixing point for a balustrade installation. This innovative approach maintains the deck’s permeability, stability, and sleek aesthetic while ensuring structural integrity.
